Polaris team members, consultants, and experts rely on Mr. Cox’s expertise in Enterprise Risk Management to guide and deliver exceptional client services. Mr. Cox is a central architect of Polaris’ strategic direction and has overseen Polaris’ operations amid our rapid domestic expansion – and as we continue to expand in the US and international markets. Through close collaborations with various business leaders, Mr. Cox ensures that mission-critical initiatives are met across functions. He drives Polaris’ operational strategies, optimizing process and workflow, logistics, people operations, and more in pursuit of progressively efficient, intelligently scaled operations. His efforts are instrumental to the evolution of Polaris’ security response services, as well as our physical and cyber risk assessment consulting services.

Mr. Cox has over 30 years of professional experience in security risk management, successfully leading operations in the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Mr. Cox’s security risk management experience has spanned thirty years, including fourteen years as Pinkerton Corporate Risk Management’s Sr. Regional Managing Director. In that role, eleven Directors reported to Mr. Cox, while he reported to the company’s Senior VP. During his time at Pinkerton, Mr. Cox proved his fluency and expertise in investigations and security consulting, as he completed a wide range of investigations and managed numerous key client accounts.

In addition to a proven proclivity for investigations and security consulting, Mr. Cox has demonstrated a keen understanding of and level-headed approach to emergency planning and response, executive protection assignments, and incident management processes throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Cox has delivered executive presentations, conducted management trainings, and overseen employee education on topics that included emergency planning and response, crisis management, threats and acts of violence, and workplace security.
