Given her significant experience in both complex litigation and multi-national investigations, Ms. Tricia Fratto approaches her role as Senior Director of Corporate Compliance, Governance, & Misconduct Investigations from a singular perspective; she balances proactive risk management with detailed incident response/remediation, leveraging a deep and dynamic skillset that she has refined over more than fifteen years as an attorney and investigator in the global risk and legal compliance space.
Since first practicing law as a white-collar litigator at two of the work’s largest law firms, Ms. Fratto has developed a particular expertise in internal and government facing investigations, including multi-jurisdictional FCPA matters. Ms. Fratto further developed her investigative and compliance capabilities during her tenure as Director of Global Investigations at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. There, she provided oversight of the company’s worldwide anti-corruption and anti-bribery investigations, designed and implemented protocols and policies, developed and conducted training programs, and advised on remediation plans.
Ms. Fratto currently serves as the General Counsel of Ethics Suite, LLC – whose web-based reporting platform helps companies to resolve alleged internal misconduct, fraud, theft, and a range of other issues. Polaris and Ethics Suite are engaged in a strategic partnership, with Polaris’ global investigative bench complementing Ethics Suite’s fluent understanding of complex compliance and governance concerns. The two firms collaborate on FCPA investigations, forensic accounting, anti-corruption/anti-bribery matters, and a selection of other essential services.
