Mr. Cox brings significant operations experience to Polaris, as he oversees the day to day machinations of the company. He is instrumental in managing sales efforts, marketing materials and the service delivery process, with his expertise in Enterprise Risk Management facilitating and inspiring the Polaris team and its consultants to deliver exceptional client services.
Mr. Cox has over 27 years of professional experience in security risk management – including a leadership position at Pinkerton Corporate Risk Management, where he served as a Regional Managing Director for the past 14 years. In this role, Kevin had 11 Directors reporting to him, while he himself reported directly to the company’s Senior Vice President. During his time at Pinkerton, Mr. Cox proved his fluency and expertise in investigations and security consulting, as he completed a wide range of investigations and managed numerous key client accounts.
In addition to a proven proclivity for investigations and security consulting, Mr. Cox has demonstrated a keen understanding of and level-headed approach to emergency planning and response, executive protection assignments, and incident management processes throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Cox delivered executive presentations, conducted management training and oversaw employee education on topics that included emergency planning and response, crisis management, threats and acts of violence, and workplace security.
