As a Principal of Polaris Risk (polarisrsk.com), Laura Bolger utilizes her team-building, project management, and investigative experience, through an empathy-based approach, to proactively identify and resolve firm-wide challenges in service delivery, marketing, business development, and personnel management. Ms. Bolger collaborates alongside the CEO and leadership stakeholders to deliver excellent client services and consistently enhance business performance, while ensuring sustainable growth for the firm’s multi-million-dollar investigations, protective intelligence, and security consulting service lines.
Ms. Bolger’s extensive ‘matter lifecycle’ experience with investigations and high-risk/high-value hires for clients enables her to seamlessly define scope, timelines, deliverables, and notable caveats or follow-ups across a variety of strategic initiatives designed to improve business performance and service delivery. As Managing Director of Investigations and Intelligence, Ms. Bolger and the investigations team help clients manage the full lifecycle of time-sensitive and confidential matters; she oversees the process from its start – as she scopes issues to target the client’s concerns – to its finish – as she ensures that the team’s investigative work and deliverables are properly contextualized and poised to address the client’s needs directly.
Ms. Bolger conducts investigations in several practice areas, including brand protection and intellectual property, pre-employment, transactional or litigation-related due diligence, and multifaceted support for FCPA matters. In addition to investigative work, she has managed corporate and event security programs for mid-to-large-scale multinational organizations to deliver domestic and international threat response.
